RETURNS AND REFUNDS
IF Upon receiving your Order a Product is damaged, For US residents, Please contact us and Return ship the Product damaged and a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If it is found Product was not received (we Use tracking), A new product will be shipped at no additional charge.
For International Orders, Please Contact us, All International orders have insurance on them. We will work with you to ship you a new product once it is ascertained the product is truly lost and not just delayed. If product is damaged, Send photo of damaged part to our e-mail (found in our contact information), and a new part or product will be shipped to you. In some cases additional Shipping may need to be charged, we will work with you to work out what is fair.
Please keep in mind we are a small company doing Limited Runs of our products. Please allow for a processing time of 15 days on all orders to be shipped as often we make them to order.
We are required to gather state and local taxes for customers within the state of Utah. If you live within, and/or are having your purchased shipped to, the state of Utah. residents of this state will have Taxes added to their Order. Utah Residents may also contact us For local pick up to receive a refund on their Shipping.
